How long does processing take?                                                                                                     All orders are prepared specifically upon request. Processing time for bundles is approximately 14–18 business days.
Orders that include lace add-ons (closures or frontals) require an additional 5–7 business days.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

How long does shipping take?                                                                                                     Once dispatched:

United States: 3–5 business days
Canada: 3–7 business days
International: 5–10+ business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Can I cancel my order?

Our hair can be professionally colored and heat styled. Results may vary depending on the original donor tone and stylist technique. For significant lightening, we recommend working with an experienced colorist.
